Meditation is an approach that we can use to help us deal with stress, and anxiety . 
You should know that Meditation has a variety of practices and has many different types, while holding to the basic principles of consideration and quiet thought to bring a state of peace. 
Various types of meditation are recognized include prayer meditation, Zen meditation, Taoist meditation, mindfulness meditation, meditation music and Buddhist meditation.
Meditation may require the body being still or to be moved with controlled deliberation, while other types of meditation allow free movement of the body. While meditation methods are different, there goal is to lead the mind to be quieted and free from stress and thoughts .


Our world is exciting, fast and furious . It can also be demanding, challenging, trying and frightening. Most if not all of these situations produce emotional reactions, anxiety, stress, worry and anticipation. Our bodies react to this in many  ways to these kind of reactions.

Alpha Meditation: The type of brainwave activity classically associated with zen meditation, visualization, memory and learning enhancement and de silva training, Associated with increased ability to heal and manage stress conditions. Also shown to be beneficial in conditions such as ADD. An easy introduction to meditation. Ideal for beginners and for helping speed up the meditative process. 

Theta Meditation: The type of brainwave activity classically associated with astral projection, remote viewing, past life regression work and psychic activity.
